DETAILED ITINERARY:
Day 1: Delhi – Manali (570 Kms/ 12-14 Hrs)
Meals: No Meals
At 5:00 pm report at Delhi Volvo pick up point (on your own) & Depart for Manali to experience a wonderful vacation. Overnight Journey by Volvo.
Manali offers something special for everyone. It gives peace to mediators, inspiration to Artists, Daring Activities for Adventure Seekers etc. On the way to Manali you experience the cool breeze already taking all your stress away, soothing you from serene environment and surprising you from its jaw- downed landscapes.
Day 2: Arrival In Manali + Local City Tour (3 – 4 Hrs)
Meals: Dinner Only
Reach Manali Volvo Stand where our representative will welcome you with warm smile & Transfer you to the Hotel (Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies & early Check In is subject to availability). After fresh up, proceed to half day city tour of Manali which includes- Hadimba Devi Temple (This temple constructed in 1553 A.D is Dedicated to Himachal’s Most Significant Deity Hadimba Mata) Vaishnu, etc.), Vashisht Hot springs (Dedicated to Vashisht Muni & well known for its hot Curable water and Religious),Tibetans Monastery. Evening you will be free to explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali, Overnight at the stay.
Day 3: Manali – Solang Valley / Rohtang Pass – Manali
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
Today morning after breakfast have excursion trip to Solang Valley & Rohtang Pass where you can admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities by own cost. As the winter approaches, the same Solang Valley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities. After enjoying the outing return to hotel for Overnight stay.
Day 4: Manali – Kullu – Manikaran (85 Kms/ 4 Hrs)
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast, drive to Kullu to enjoy thrilling River Rafting (on your own expense), to visit World famous Pashmina Shawl Factory and explore the local Market. Later proceed to Manikaran enroute cover Vaishno Devi Temple. Later at 5 pm return to Manali. Manikaran is an important pilgrimage site as it offers Religious Ram Temple & Impressive Gurudwara (It is famous for hot Water spring which can boil Rice, Dal etc. within 5 min which impresses each & every Visitor).
Day 5: Manali – Delhi (570 Kms)
Meals: Breakfast Only
Today check out @ 10:00 am from the hotel and then you are free to explore Local market, Van Vihar (Dense Forest with deodar tress) & Tibetan Monastery in Market by own. At 4:30pm report at Manali Private Volvo Stand & return to Delhi.

Ø The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement.
Ø Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies (early check in is subject to availability)
Ø Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
Ø In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
Ø We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Ø Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.
Ø Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.
Ø Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.
ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY:
Ø 25 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
Ø Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non refundable.
Ø Remaining 75 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival day.
Ø Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Ø In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
Ø Advance amount 25% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.
Ø The Company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the Government policy.
Ø Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.
Ø Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services.
