DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1, 23 June 2018, Arrival in Manali
Arrive at Manali from where our representative will take you to your hotel. Spend a leisurely day exploring this charming little hill town. Explore Manali on your own and Visit Hadimba temple, Van Vihar, Old Manali and the Mall Road.
Later in the evening, have dinner of your choice at Mall Road or Hotel and get a good night’s sleep for next day’s Road Trip.
Day 2, 24 June 2018, Manali – Jispa
Early morning after light breakfast, our SUVs / Traveller will start for your adventurous Leh Ladakh Road Trip. We will cross Mighty Rohtang Pass and scenic mountains of Keylong and reach Jispa. Over Night stay and Dinner will be at Camps here in Jispa besides Bhaga River.
Day 3, 25 June 2018, Jispa – Leh
We will start this day very early in morning and start our journey to Leh via Baralacha-La, Sarchu Lachulung-La, Pang, Moore Plains & Tanglang-La. The route is very scenic and you’ll start feeling the atmospheric changes as you go higher. By late evening, we will reach Leh and Check-In to our Hotel.
Tip: Leh is at located at a high altitude and it takes time for the body to adjust to sudden environment changes. Travelers are advised to drink plenty of water and take enough rest on reaching Leh to avoid acute mountain sickness.
Day 4, 26 June 2018, Leh Local Sightseeing
Wake up to a different view and find yourself in a world you always wanted to be in. We will pay a visit to the Leh Market, Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, Hall of Fame, Magnetic Hill & Pathar Sahib Gurudwara.
Day 5, 27 June 2018, Leh – Khardung-La – Nubra Valley
Today we’ll be heading to the most beautiful and famous place in the Ladakh region. After breakfast we will leave for Nubra Valley via the highest motorable pass in the world Khardung-La. On reaching the enchanting valley, get ready for some of the most fun activities of your Ladakh holiday. We will explore Diskit & Hunder Villages and enjoy a double-humped Camel Safari in Sand Dunes as you watch the sunset.
Dinner and Overnight stay in Camps in Nubra Valley.
Day 6, 28 June 2018, Nubra Valley – Pangong Tso
Now this day will be an awesome day as we will directly leave for Pangong Tso from Nubra Valley via Shyok route. This route is the one of the best scenic routes in Ladakh region. We will reach Pangong Tso by afternoon. You will be mesmerised by the beauty of his Lake. Overnight stay and Dinner at Camps near Lake.
Day 7, 29 June 2018, Pangong Tso – Leh
Witness Sunrise near lake and we will head for Leh. We will cross mighty Chang-La. We will reach Leh by late evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel at Leh.
Day 8, 30 June 2018, Leh – Jispa
From this day, the reverse route begins. We will leave Leh with a lot of memories. Reach Jispa by night. Overnight stay and Dinner at Camps with Bonfire.
Day 9, 01 July 2018, Jispa – Manali
Enjoy your return journey with sharing experiences with each other as this is your last day of travelling together in this epic road trip. Reach Manali by evening.
One can proceed for further journey after reaching Manali.
Day 10, 02 July 2018, Manali (Departure)
After breakfast, you are free to checkout from Hotel before 1200 Noon. Trip Ends Here.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Ø The above package can be customized as per the customer’s requirement.
Ø Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time during trip. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
Ø We may have to re-schedule the route due to any natural or emergency cases.
Ø Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.
Ø Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.
Ø Company has a right to reschedule the tour to ensure smooth execution of this road trip.
ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY
Ø Last date of booking for this road trip is 30 April 2018.
Ø 25 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
Ø Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non-refundable.
Ø Remaining 75 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival day.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Ø In case, customer wishes to cancel the booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
Ø Advance amount 25% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.
Ø The Company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economic status of the market as per the Government policy.
Ø Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.
Ø Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services.
