When would be open rohtang to Shimla
Rohtang Pass will open only by Start of June.
I am planning a trip to leh with friends..
Should i plan on first weak of june.
And wether the permit are available at manli or i have get them done online.
The first week of June is safe to plan the tour this year. Do plan after 5th of June.
